In 1969, He and his several colleagues establiseh CV Bangun Tjipta which then become the Holding company of PT Jakarta Lingkar Baratsatu (JLB). He was appointed as the Ministry of Public Housing from 1988 to 1993. He has been actively involved in educational field, and since 2014 he serves as the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of Universitas Pancasila Foundation.
He pursued his career at the Indonesian National Police with the last rank as a Commissioner General. Today, he assumes the position of a Coordinator for Experts of Indonesian Anti-Narcotics National Agency (BNN). He was also the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Mexico cum Panama, Honduras, and Costa Rica. He has assumed various strategic positions such as Expert Staff to the Chief of the National Police while also leading the Criminal Investigation Division, Interpol, Police Academy and others.
Indonesian citizen, 53 years old. Based in Indonesia. Appointed as an Independent Commissioner of the Company based on the Circular Meeting Resolutions of the Company’s Shareholders on August 8, 2018. Completed the Civil Department education at the Bachelor of Engineering at Diponegoro University in 1994.
Previously, he had held various positions in several companies, namely, 1990-1995 as Civil Engineer, PT Hasfarm Dian, SCUDP Project Consultant (Secondary Cities Urban Development Program) for Central Java & Kalimantan, 1995-1998 as Assistant for Material Engineering, C. LOTTI & Associati Supervision, Jakarta- Cikampek Toll Road Project, 2001 – 2003 as Head of AMP (Production), PT Marga Sarana Raya, Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road Overlay Project and Cawang Cibitung Toll Road, 2002 – 2004 as AMP Head (Production), PT Marga Sarana Raya, Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road Overlay Project and Cawang Cibitung Toll Road, 2006 – 2014 as General Superintendent, PT Marga Sarana Raya, Jagorawi Toll Road Overlay Project, JORR W1 Package 1, Toll JORR W1 Road , 2010 – now as Manager Engineer, PT Marga Sarana Raya.
He also actively involved in several organizations. Since 1998 he serves as the Chairman of Indonesian Toll Road Association (ATI); also serves as the Chairman of AKI (Assosiasi Kontraktor Indonesia) in 1992 – 1998; and serves as Chairman of Indonesia Chamber of Commerce – Kompartemen Jasa Pelaksanaan Konstruksi 1994 – 2004; and – Ketua Komite Pengembangan Prasarana in 2004 – 2009. In line with his expertise in Construction and Property field, he is continuously invited as a speaker in seminars and conventions both in Indonesia and overseas.
His main tasks were to formulate corporate financial policy and strategy for the company and its subsidiaries, planning and budgeting, and communicating with investors and creditors. He was then appointed President Director of the same company in 2001-2007, prior to being appointed as PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk’s Director of Business Development and Investment in 2007. He has taken the role in business expansions from the beginning, including structuring, business development and activities, mergers, and acquisitions, Corporate Strategy, partnership, and strategic alliances with various global companies.
He also played a major role in widening the spectrum of infrastructure investment company. His 25-year experience in Management and Finance led him to serve as President Director in the company. Given his expertise, work creativity and appropriate financial solution, he has encouraged the company to be one of the leading Indonesia’s private toll road companies.
He started his career as an auditor with local public accounting firm. He then spent most of his career as an analyst and investment staff both at local and international financial institutions, including PT BTMU-BRI Finance; PT Asian Development Securities; PT Bank Mizuho Indonesia, and PT Pratama Capital.
He joined PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk since March 2007 at Business and Investment Development Department, where he was responsible to support the Director of Business Development with merger and acquisition transactions as well as Corporate financing activities. Between April 2012 to October 2014, he was entrusted as the Director of Finance on an associated entity engaging in seaport services, at PT Intisentosa Alambahtera. In November 2014, he was appointed as the Director of Finance of PT Margautama Nusantara, a Strategic Business Unit of the Company engaging in toll road management sector.
In order to establish a good corporate governance structure, PT. JLB takes account of the alignment of function with working ethic codes to ensure each mechanism works correctly. It includes the business, shareholders and all other sectors such as the society and the government to support the implementation.
